Our ‘Youth Programs’ benefit students in personality development, corporate employability, SWOT analysis of their career, Group Discussion and How to attend interviews. We help students succeed by discovering their personal mission, setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and teaming with others.

EQ Assessments and Training

Emotions are a big part of leadership, whether you are leading an organisation, home or most important, “leading yourself”. The Emotional Intelligence Assessments followed by extensive coaching helps people understand how emotions drive them and the link between emotions and performance.

We teach the skills of emotional intelligence to equip people to drive change – personally, professionally, and globally.

Neelima Chakara (Founder)

Neelima has 23+ years of corporate experience in varied fields – strategy and implementation, service delivery, stakeholder engagement, communications, and project management in global organizations. During this journey, she reinvented her career many times, led large teams and has been a coach and mentor to many.
She volunteers on the Board of North India Chapter of Project Management Institute and drives their communications initiatives.
She is a certified life and career coach from Certified Coaches Alliance, NLP practitioner, student of positive psychology, and a member of ICF.

Manisha Singh (Co-Founder)

Manisha has 17+ years’ experience, in human resources, education, training and consulting.

Training has always been her passion. She is a certified EQ Assessor from Six Seconds, an organization dedicated to empowering people to take ownership of a positive future.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and is a Gold Medallist in Applied Psychology (Hons.) from Delhi University. She has done her HR specialization from SCMHRD, Pune. She has worked in entire gamut of HR in IT sector, expert in performance management, analysis and devising motivating plans, handled many induction programs, campus drives, trainings, and appraisals.

She has designed and delivered various training programs on self-development areas, has coached close to 4000+ management and engineering students.

Emotions Exist and Emotions Affect US! The way we feel influences the way we think and act. In fact, the very structure of ‘thinking’ and ‘feeling’ are totally intertwined – the same kinds of chemicals and cells are involved in analytical thought and feeling. It has been shown that when people have damage to their emotional centres, they actually cannot make choices. Emotions are enmeshed in the networks of reason. If we block or ignore emotions in the workplace, we stifle motivation. It’s become important to understand what we’re feeling, what others are feeling, how to manage our own feelings and how to manage relationships with others.
